Work continues to shape the £100million plus evolutionary sustainable transport programme aimed at transforming how we travel to reduce congestion and to support everyone adopting a greener and healthier approach to getting about.
Planning and preparations are underway for going out to engage with residents and businesses later this year on all the different corridor schemes, which are aimed at encouraging more of us to leave the car at home and instead opt for more sustainable means of travel.

Twin Sail Bridge reopens
The Twin Sails Bridge reopened today, following completion of the latest stage of repairs.
Initial works to replace the second pin on the Hamworthy side of the Twin Sails Bridge began on Monday 4 May, with this part of the repairs carried out successfully and the second pin removed.
