Our primary function is to worship God in this place. There is therefore, an opportunity for us to say Midday Prayer together in the chancel. It is a short service, only ten minutes, and includes a reading from scripture and part of a psalm. We will also pray for the many things and people in need of our prayers going on in our parish:
Perhaps most importantly of all, the service will contain silence in order to listen to God.
We hope that you will perhaps choose a day or two a week when you might come and join in an opportunity to deepen your spiritual life, and to meet others meeting God.
Midday Prayer happens every weekday, Monday to Friday at noon, throughout the year, in the chancel at St Peter’s
