Helping to support good mental health
For Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re releasing a series of audiograms from our Have A Go Habit series to support good mental health. These short audio clips will be shared on social media, encouraging people to take positive action to support others’ and their own mental health. Alongside this new format, we will be signposting our social media audience to our comprehensive suite of mental health resources, created in partnership with Professor Chris Cook, from Durham University.
